Kinetik Q3 Earnings Expected to Top Guidance, RBC Capital Markets Says

MT newswireMT newswire2026/10/14 15:15
11:15 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Kinetik's (KNTK) Q3 adjusted EBITDA is expected to exceed the high end of its previous guidance range, driven by a faster return of price-related curtailed volumes and mostly higher commodity prices, RBC Capital Markets said in a note emailed Wednesday. The firm models Q3 adjusted EBITDA of $274 million, above Kinetik's guidance range of $260 million to $270 million, and Q4 adjusted EBITDA of $287 million, topping previous guidance of $270 million to $280 million. RBC noted that producer activity continues to ramp following the addition of new Permian takeaway capacity, leading Kinetik to upsize its Kings Landing II plant to 380 million cubic feet per day from 300 million cubic feet per day. The firm said it expects Kinetik to add a new 300 million to 400 million cubic feet per day processing plant every 18 to 24 months. Kinetik will report its Q3 financial results on Nov. 4 after market close. RBC Capital Markets maintained its outperform rating on Kinetik and raised its price target to $58 from $57.
