08:39 AM EDT, 10/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Copart (CPRT) said Wednesday that the waiting period for its acquisition of ACV Auctions, or ACVA, under the US Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act has expired. The expiration satisfies one of the conditions for the completion of Copart's all-cash tender offer to acquire ACV Auctions, the company said. Copart is offering $10.50 per share in cash for all ACV Auctions shares through its subsidiary Apple Merger Sub. The offer remains subject to other conditions, including a minimum tender requirement of more than 50% of ACV's outstanding shares, Copart said. The tender offer is set to expire at 5 pm ET on Thursday.
