The first cohort met the primary objectives of favorable safety and tolerability at the initial dose of 5 mg/kg, the company said. The secondary objectives showed a 0.10% mean increase in dystrophin production compared with baseline in treated participants at the initial dose of 5 mg/kg. No renal safety concerns were observed, and all participants advanced to the open-label phase, the company said. The second cohort's enrollment is complete, and dosing at 10 mg/kg is ongoing, the company said, adding that data from the second cohort are expected in H1, with data from the third cohort to follow.
