Tempo integrates with Safe{Wallet}, enabling multi-signature smart account vault management with stablecoin settlements

Foresight News reports that payment public chain Tempo has announced its integration with Safe{Wallet}, bringing programmable multi-signature accounts to blockchain infrastructure designed for payment scenarios. This integration targets financial institutions, payment service providers, and fintech platforms, supporting teams to manage on-chain treasuries denominated in stablecoins for fee payments. The standard TIP-20 token transfer fee is less than $0.001.

After the integration, users can initiate transactions through Safe, which will be reviewed by designated signers and executed once the required multi-signature threshold is met. Fees are paid directly in USD stablecoins, eliminating the need to hold or manage native gas tokens. Tempo also supports session keys for delegated signatures, providing automated trading strategies for periodic or rule-based executions, and includes protocol-level account abstraction primitives without relying on external Bundlers or Paymasters. Tempo is EVM-compatible, and existing Safe modules, Guards, and tools can be deployed directly. The Safe factory contract address remains consistent with Ethereum. Currently, Safe{Wallet} secures over $60 billion in assets and manages more than 8 million smart accounts across 25+ networks.
