Foresight News reported that real-time housing data and on-chain real estate platform Parcl and prediction market Polymarket have announced a partnership to bring Parcl's daily home price index to a series of new real estate prediction markets on Polymarket. This collaboration will launch real estate-focused markets that will be settled based on the price index published by Parcl, providing traders and analysts with an objective, data-driven reference point to predict housing price trends. Polymarket will be responsible for launching and operating the markets; Parcl will provide independent index data and settlement reference values, aiming to achieve transparent verification.
