After the release of the US CPI data, US stock index futures rose sharply, with Nasdaq 100 index futures rising by more than 1% and S&P 500 index futures rising by 0.8%; interest rate futures now suggest that the probability of the Federal Reserve cutting interest rates before September is about 70%.
